About me

I’m Alex, a former primary school teacher turned content creator, learning designer and hobbyist game developer.

My journey started in the classroom ten years ago, where I created engaging lessons and helped students grow. Over time, I realised my passion for creativity, problem-solving and online experiences could take me further.

That's my focus for 2025.

Now, I focus on designing impactful content that inspires and educates, crafting unique digital experiences and exploring game development as a hobby. I love making complex topics engaging, simple and accessible, whether through writing, interactive content or game mechanics.

What I Do

• Learning design and content creation – I create engaging, accessible learning experiences that make a difference.
• Career Support for teachers – I’m developing a course to help teachers transition into new careers.
• Game development – I’m building small, creative projects in Godot to explore storytelling and interactive design.

Qualifications

• PGCE Primary Education (with QTS)
• BA Music Composition for Film and Media

• ABRSM Grade 2 Piano – Distinction (2025)
